Outer cases or skins - normally made from silicone and very cheap. These fit tightly over the controller or nunchuk. They allow access to all the buttons and can also help with grip as well as updating the look of the controllers. They do offer protection against scratches and light knocks but don't mistake them for the thicker protective jackets. You can have different colours for each member of the family or you can have boy / girl controllers ( blue / pink ).

Stickers, transfers or decals - whatever you call them, this is an amazing way to refresh the look of your Wii Remote and Wii Console.They are cheap and really easy to fit - only one problem - there are just too many to choose from.

GOLD wiimote shell - how cool do they look? Not real gold, but I am sure you can get them from somewhere too, but replacement cases/shells. These are not stickers, they are replacement cases, and some come just as faceplates only. These are inexpensive and look great and they come in lots of colours. Changing cases is easy, and most come with the special little screwdriver (tri-screw) you need.
